Police Looking For Person Of Interest In Idaho Fire Death
HARVARD, Id. Police in Harvard, Idaho have identified a person of interest in a fire that killed an elderly woman.
The Latah County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 56-year-old Dallas Dale Strunk of Moscow in connection with a suspicious fire at his parent’s house at 1041 Quartz Creek Road in Harvard, ID.
Dallas Strunk’s mother, 88-year-old Linda Strunk passed away yesterday at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The Sheriff’s Office along with the State Fire Marshall’s Office is working together on the investigation. They aren’t releasing whether or not the fire was accidental or if they think the fire is arson.
Sargent with the Latah County Sheriff’s Office tells KXLy 4 that they’ve issued a bench warrant for Strunk for a probabtion violation stemming from his arrest back in 2005 for second-degree arson.
Latah County Sheriff detectives are looking for the couple’s 56-year old son, Dallas Strunk, of Moscow, Idaho. Strunk was last seen driving a silver 1987 Volvo, IL87213.
