SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Police responded to the Federal Building near W. Main Ave and N. Lincoln St. for reports of a suspicious package Tuesday morning.
Upon investigation by Spokane bomb technicians, it was determined the box was empty and no threat was found.
Authorities said they are working to clear the area.
