Police: Man arrested for using bank card of missing woman

Yakima Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with the May drive-by shooting death of a bicyclist.

The teen was booked Thursday into Yakima County Detention Center on investigation of first-degree murder.

Police say 31-year-old Emilio Phelan was shot May 19 while riding his bicycle.
