Plant a tree this Earth Day with The Lands Council!

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The Lands Council, in coordination with Engie Insight, is holding a volunteer tree planting event on Saturday, April 20, in celebration of Earth Day.

With an anticipated 200 plus volunteers from all over the region, the day will consist of planting trees to increase shade, air quality, and habitat for wildlife at the Saltese Uplands Conservation Area. The public is invited to join in the efforts from 10 a.m.-noon.
