Spokane’s 40th annual ‘Pig Out in the Park’ event kicks off this Wednesday at Riverfront Park.

Get ready for another week of great food, live music, and market booths all along the Spokane River. The event will last from August 28 through September 2, and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Musical artists include the Bobby Patterson Band, 3D Band, Sovereign Citizen & the Non-Prophets, Starlite Motel/Blue Canoe, Joshua Belliardo, and dozens more!

As for food, arguably the most important part, booths from Ben & Jerry’s to Kang’s Mongolian Grill, Mac Daddy’s Gorumet Grub to Pizza Rita, and Azar’s Cafe to Longhorn BBQ will be on-call to give you your food fix!

For those who enjoy browsing the public markets, you can expect to find all kinds of locally-made clothes and jewelry, henna and face-paint artists, raffles, tickets, palm readings, and magic tricks.
