Peaches Diablo
Ingredients:
Two Orange Wheels
Small 12 oz can of Peaches (juiced drained and reserved)
2 TB Butter
2 TB Brown Sugar
Shot of Tequila
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Cayenne
Vanilla Ice Cream
Lime Zest
Directions:
Sautee Butter and orange wheels with Brown Sugar until Sugar is Dissolved.
Make Sure to Remove the Pan away from any flames and then add the Shot of Tequila to the butter/sugar mixture.
Season with a pinch of cayenne and a pinch of cinnamon.
Used the reserved peach juice to adjust the thickness to the perfect consistency.
Add on half of Peach to Mixture and Slightly heat.
Add on half of Peach to Mixture and Slightly heat.
Scoop one scoop of vanilla ice cream into a bowl and top with one peach half and a bit of the Peaches Diablo Juice.
Top with a little bit of lime zest to finish.
One peach half per serving. 3-4 servings per recipe.
