SPOKANE — Police have arrested one man and are seeking another in a shooting in northeast Spokane that sent a man to the hospital with an arm wound.

The shooting was reported around 4:30 p.m.  Officer Kevin King said a white Dodge Stratus with tinted windows pulled up to the victim in a parking lot.  A group of people got out of the car and started arguing with the victim and three shots were fired.

The group then got back into the car and drove off. The car was later found on the 2700 block of N. Pines Road in Spokane Valley.  Major Crimes detectives confirmed that it was the suspect car and arrested 29-year-old William Trevino in connection with the shooting.  He was booked into the Spokane County Jail for first-degree robbery and attempted first-degree murder.
