North Spokane Waddell’s changing name to ‘5 North Brewing Company’

SPOKANE, Wash. — The North Spokane Waddell’s Brewpub and Grille is getting a new name.
The northside location is transitioning toward full ownership by the Brumback Company and will soon be called “5 North Brewing Company.”
“We are grateful for the long-time affiliation that the two establishments shared,” said president Donald “Gib” Brumback. “We wish Waddell’s Neighborhood Pub & Grill (on the South Hill) a successful future and appreciate the resources, collobration, and connections we have shared over the years.”
The restaurant will temporarily close for renovations from February 24-27 and will reopen at the same location on N. Cedar Road on Friday, February 28.

“We are thrilled to re-introduce the restaurant and brewery as 5 North Brewing Company, where customers will experience a freshly renovated interior, upgraded restaurant menu, and continuation of the same excellent team and service, in-house brewed craft beer, and friendly, casual atmosphere,” said Matt Rounsely, Vice President and Operations Manager for the Brumback Company.
The new restaurant will have a revamped breakfast, lunch and dinner menu that will include favorite burgers, while introducing new sandwiches, salads, wraps and tacos.
