No-Li Brewhouse reopens: What’s new in the brew and under Phase 2

SPOKANE, Wash. — No-Li Brewhouse opened on Friday, May 22, just hours after Phase 2 of Safe Start was implemented for Spokane County.

But of course, there are protocols in place to make sure you can have a beer safely in the pub or on the patio.

Like most restaurants, No-Li is only open at 50% capacity and the chairs at tables are 6 ft. apart.

The tables are sanitized regularly and employees have their temperature taken when they come in.

While No-Li is serving a limited menu right now, there are new beer flavors to try, like their new Cascade Fog and Red, White and Hazy.

Owner of No-Li Brewhouse, John Bryant, said they’re glad to be open to the public after the community carried them through the pandemic.

“We had just a limited to-go menu. We had to-go growlers. And through that, you feel sorry for yourself a little bit, and then you just have to get up and keep after it. It really motivated us to help people that were probably a lot less fortunate,” said Bryant.

No-Li is now open with new hours: Sunday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
