Nike Factory store on its way to Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. — A brand new Nike Factory store is coming to Spokane.

According to the Spokane Journal of Business, the Portland-based athletic apparel company is set to open in the former Macy’s building this year.

Spokane Hoopfest has partnered with Nike during the Lilac City’s huge basketball weekend for years now.

Last summer, Hoopfest and Nike brought Kevin Durant from the NBA’s Golden State Warriors to Nike Center Court.

According to Hoopfest Director Matt Santangelo, the new store could be in place by this year’s Hoopfest.
