Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital in crash near Chelan

CHELAN, Wash. — A motorcyclist was airlifted to the hospital Wednesday when a driver failed to yield, ejecting him from his motorcycle.
According to Washington State Patrol, 20-year-old Parker Isenman was driving northbound on State Route 97 when he failed to yield while turning left onto Campbell Road. 29-year-old Seth Peterson, who was driving southbound on State Route 97, didn’t have time to stop and was ejected from his motorcycle, coming to rest in the roadway.
Peterson was airlifted to Central Washington Hospital with injuries.
Both Isenman and his passenger, 19-year-old Lauren Gilliam, had minor injuries that were treated at the scene.
