Moses Lake chiropractor accused of inappropriately touching female patients

MOSES LAKE, Wash. – A Moses Lake chiropractor has been suspended following allegations he inappropriate touched female patients.
The Washington State Chiropractic Assurance Commission suspended Richard L. Ribellia’s license pending further legal action.
Ribellia allegedly asked several female patients to disrobe when it was not required for their treatment. Charges state he inappropriately touches patients’ breasts and genitalia while performing treatments.
According to a release, Ribellia also allegedly required his employees to come for free chiropractic treatment when they were ill instead of allowing them to take sick leave.
Ribellia cannot practice as a chiropractor in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to request a hearing to contest the charges and suspension.
Anyone who believes a health care provider acted unprofessionally is encouraged to call 360-236-4700 to report their complaint.
