A 26-year-old Moscow man was arrested for allegedly raping an underage girl.

Pullman Radio reports that officers found a couple inside a car at Mountain View Park on Sunday afternoon. Officers determined that a girl under the age of 16 was inside the vehicle with Anthony Hatchell.

Their investigation led to Hatchell’s arrest. He was arrested for felony rape and felony lewd conduct with a child under the age fo 16.

Hatchell was booked into the Latah County Jail in Moscow.
