Man Who Kept Daughter As Â??Sex Slave’ Sentenced

MISSOULA, MT – The man accused of keeping his own daughter as a sex slave for 15 years, forcing her to have sex with him and his second wife, has been sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Heron, Montana resident Douglas Guill learned Tuesday that in addition to the 50 year sentence, he will also be labeled a Level 3 sex offender, the most dangerous type and one most likely to re-offend.

He was also ordered to pay for the costs of the trial and reimburse his now 23 year old daughter’s counseling expenses.

He will not be eligible for parole.

District Judge Kim Christopher told Guill he had “stolen” his victim’s childhood, education and trust.

Guill was accused of molesting the girl from the time she was 6 years old and forcing her to have sex with him and his second wife.

The man also kept his daughter, along with his son and first wife, secluded in the basement of his two-story home in Heron and only allowing the children off the property to work for his heating and air conditioning business. They were never paid for their labor.  Guill’s second wife, Nicole, was convicted of three felonies in connection with the same case in a separate trial, and awaits sentencing.
