Man killed, child injured in motorcycle crash near Grangeville
GRANGEVLLE, Idaho – A man was killed and a young girl injured in a motorcycle crash on US 12 near Grangeville.
Idaho State Police said the crash happened late Thursday evening.
A 67-year-old man was riding the Harley Davidson westbound when it crossed the centerline, left the road, sideswiped a tree and then struck another tree.
ISP said the man was not wearing a helmet and was ejected from the motorcycle.
He was killed at the scene. The child who was his passenger was taken to a local hospital.
The crash is still under investigation by ISP.
