Man In Father-Daughter Holdup Still At Large

ELLENSBURG, WA — A dispatcher for the Kittitas County sheriff’s office says the man accused of holding up a convenience store near Ellensburg with his daughter remains at large.

Police are looking Friday for 42-year-old Robert Daniel Webb of Everett who was last seen eluding officers Wednesday night in Fortuna, Calif. He left his 9-year-old daughter Meadow at the home of an acquaintance. Police say she’s OK and kept her for her mother to pick up.

Webb told the clerk at the AM-PM minimart early Tuesday he had lost his job and needed money for his daughter. Store video shows the girl in a pink coat watching as he pulls a gun and takes about $200.
