Man buried alive in Spokane Valley identified
SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a man found in the 600 block of S. Carnahan, in the Spokane Valley on May 15.
59-year-old Joseph Alphanso Bruno died of asphyxia due to burial in sand and dirt.
His death has been deemed an accident.
