Man accused of killing woman found inside burning car to appear in court Monday
SPOKANE, Wash. — The man accused of killing a woman who was found inside a burning will make his first appearance in court Monday.
Yasir A. Darraji has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a woman who has not yet been identified by the Spokane County Medical Examiner. His bond was set at $1 million.
Spokane Police and Spokane Fire responded to the car fire near 27th and Fiske on Thursday night. It was not until they put out the fire that firefighters discovered the woman’s body inside.
Darraji was booked into jail on Friday night.
