Major Crimes investigating fatal shooting in north Spokane

Major Crimes is investigating a fatal shooting in north Spokane that left one man dead Sunday night.

The shooting happened around 5:45 in a home near Spofford and Wall.

Police are interviewing three witnesses, none of them are considered suspects at this time.

The shooting victim is a man in either his late 20s or early 30s. The man was dead by the time police arrived. Police do not know if the man lived in the home or not.

Police do not believe this was a random shooting and are still investigating.
