Linwood Elementary principal named Washington State Elementary Principal of the Year
SPOKANE, Wash. — The Association of Washington School Principals recently named Linwood Elementary Principal Gina Naccarato-Keele the Washington State Elementary Principal of the Year.
Each year, the AWSP recognizes three principals with Principal of the Year awards, awarded to an elementary, middle, and high school principal.
The Washington State Elementary Principal of the Year award recognizes principals who “show a commitment to excellence through the academic and social programs they foster and the family and community ties they forge.”

Last fall, Naccarato-Keele was also named Spokane Public Schools’ Distinguished Principal of the Year.
Naccarato-Keele is described as “a master with putting systems and structures in place to maximize teaching and learning.”
