Kind woman opens her home to stranded father and his newborn

Rubin Swift was ready to board a Frontier Airlines in Phoenix after picking up his 4-day-old daughter Ru-Andria when he was alerted to an airline policy that a child must be at least 7 days old to fly. In his time of need, he reached out to Joy Ringhofer, a woman he met at the hospital, who came through with a place to stay. Ringhofer said she knew it was safe and that Swift was a good man.
