Junior Lilac Parade 2017

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Annual Lilac Parade will take place on Saturday.

Kris Crocker will be the emcee.

The event celebrates the talented youth in our community by cheering on Elementary and Middle School students in bands, drill teams, organizations, and more.

Here’s a look at which roads will be closed for the parade:

Washington and Stevens between North River Drive and Riverside Avenue will be closed.

Spokane Falls Boulevard and Main Avenue between Lincoln and Bernard Street will be closed.

Howard and Wall between Riverside and Spokane Falls will be shut down.

And Post Street between Spokane Falls and Summit Parkway will be off limits as well.

Street closures will start at 5:30 a.m. and finish at 2:30 p.m.
