Jennifer Lopez Gives Birth To Twins
NEW YORK — People magazine says that entertainer Jennifer Lopez gave birth to twins Friday morning at an undisclosed location on New York’s Long Island.
They are a boy and a girl, and the publication quotes her representative as saying Lopez and husband Marc Anthony are “delighted, thrilled and over-the-moon.”
Lopez’ manager, Simon Fields, confirmed the sentiment with The Associated Press, saying that Lopez was thrilled.
The first to arrive was a girl, weighing 5 pounds, 7 ounces. The boy came about 15 minutes later, weighing 6 pounds even. Both births occurred shortly after midnight.
These are the first children for Lopez. They are the third and fourth for her husband, Marc Anthony.
