Iran Test-Fires More Missiles In Persian Gulf
TEHRAN, Iran — Iran test-fired more missiles overnight, Iranian news media reported Thursday, one day after it tested a batch of missiles in the Persian Gulf.
The report Thursday says the missiles have “special capabilities” but does not elaborate. The missiles were launched throughout the night.
The report comes a day after Iran test-fired at least nine missiles, including ones capable of hitting Israel.
Iranian officials say the tests are meant to show Iran’s readiness to strike back if attacked by the United States or Israel.
