IKEA recalls popular water dispenser for pets

IKEA is recalling one of their most popular pet products due to a suffocation hazard.
The Swedish retailer is urging customers to stop using the Lurvig water dispenser after two dogs reportedly died after getting their heads stuck in the water tank, IKEA said in a statement.
More than 16,000 dispensers were sold in the U.S. and another 17,700 in Canada for the retail price of $7.99.
The dispensers are no longer available in stores or online, and were sold between October 2017 and June.
To see if you own one of these dispensers, look at the sticker on the bottom. If the article number is 303.775.72, it is part of the recall.
The recalled item can be returned to the store for a refund, and you don’t need a receipt or proof of purchase.
