Idaho Man Wrecks 180k Car
DALTON GARDENS — Police in North Idaho say a man took a wild ride Tuesday night, crashing a $180,000 car.
The crash happened off Thomas Lane and 19thin Coeur d’Alene.
According to a police report, Steven Johnson was driving a Ford G-T 500 when he says the gas pedal stuck to the floor, causing him to loose control.
Johnson hit a tree and a utility box, causing about 65-thousand dollars in damage to the car.
The police report shows Johnson blew a .1 and officers arrested him for DUI.
Just more than 4,000 G-T models were built.
