I-90 Snoqualmie Pass now open in both directions

SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. — UPDATE: I-90/Snoqualmie is now open in both directions. Chains are required.

Chains were required on the pass Friday morning. As of 11 a.m., I-90 was closed eastbound, just west of the summit between Denny Creek (mile post 47) and Easton (mile post 70) due to spin outs.
I-90 is closed both east and westbound between Denny Creek (MP 47) & Easton (MP 70) due to multiple spin outs. No est. reopening time.

As of 11:30 a.m., there is no estimated reopening time. WSDOT says the forecast calls for heavy snow all day.
