Hundreds still without power in Wenatchee area
Hundreds of people in the Lake Wenatchee area are still without power because of falling trees, winds and heavy snow.
Chelan PUD spokesman Steve Lachowicz tells KPQ it has been one obstacle after another for the 140 crew members working in the area.
He says crews made some progress the Chumstick Valley Sunday but there’s no estimate for when full service will be restored.
Many have been without power for a week.
