Home Of Ex-Royal Bank Of Scotland Chief Vandalized

LONDON — Police say vandals have attacked the home of Sir Fred Goodwin, the former CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland whose 700,000 pound ($1.2 million) annual pension has prompted public outrage.

Police say they were called to the house in the Scottish capital, Edinburgh, early Wednesday morning.

Windows were smashed in the building and in a car parked in the driveway.

Goodwin resigned as chief executive last year as RBS ran into severe difficulties and had to be propped up by the British government.
