Hearing set for Idaho woman accused of abuse

An Idaho school administrator accused of sexually abusing two minors will appear at an extradition hearing in Utah.

Tara Leigh Bagley will be asked to waive extradition to Idaho when the 41-year-old Burley High School vice principal appears Thursday on a fugitive from justice warrant in St. George district court.

Cassia County Sheriff’s Lt. Kevin Horak tells the Times-News Bagley is accused of abusing two female victims.

She faces seven counts of sexual abuse of a minor child 16 to 17 years old between July 2011 and December 2012. Details of the case have been sealed.

If Bagley chooses to contest extradition Thursday, another court hearing will be held on that challenge.

It was not immediately clear whether Bagley has an attorney.
