#happylife: Find motivation to keep up with your New Year’s resolutions at the Health & Fitness Expo

SPOKANE, Wash. — Over 80 experts in the health and fitness world will be packing the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center on January 4 and 5 for the Health and Fitness Expo.
The annual Expo that falls on the weekend after New Years has something for everyone, whether you work-out everyday and are looking for ways to spice up your routine or haven’t hit the gym in years.
The $8 admission gives you the opportunity to not only meet with different facilities, trainers and coaches but the chance to take classes on both days. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., places like Spin City and Lilac City Fit Body Boot Camp will offer classes that give participants a taste of what a workout at their gyms look like. Local stores like Spokane Exercise Equipment will also be bringing in some of the newest gadgets and machines in the exercise equipment world for attendees to test out. Chiropractors and physical therapists will also be set up to talk about ways to avoid injury or burnout from the same routine.
Kids 12 and under get in free to the event that will have a rock wall for them to test out as well as a balance bike course.
The Spokane County Fair and Expo Center is located at 404 North Havana Street in Spokane.
