Group of friends has been to the Super Bowl together for all 52 years

The day before the big game, one man who has been to every Super Bowl with four of his buddies passed away. Al Schragis was the leader of the group known as ‘The Super Bowl 5.’ On Saturday, the night before Super Bowl LII, he died of pneumonia at his winter home in Florida. Schragis designed the matching blazers and rings the friends wore to each of the 51 Super Bowls they attended. The four remaining friends continued the tradition Sunday and attended the game.
