Gregoire on way out, Inslee into WA gov’s office

The Washington governor’s office is changing hands in Olympia.

After two terms, Gov. Chris Gregoire gives her final State of the State speech Tuesday.

Gov.-elect Jay Inslee will be sworn in on Wednesday and make his inaugural address.

The Washington Legislature began its session on Monday.
