‘Great news on Christmas!’: Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies finally catch the Grinch
Grant County Sheriff's Office

After a decades-long manhunt, Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies have finally apprehended repeat offender… the Grinch!

The Sheriff’s Office shared the good news on social media, capturing the moment they made the historic arrest.

In the video, the suspect (the Grinch) can be seen leaving the house, present in hand. Deputies ordered him to drop the goods and lay on the ground. They were ready to deploy a K9, but luckily it was not needed.

The Grinch has a criminal history dating back to around 1957, including countless charges of felony burglary, harassment, first-degree criminal trespass and malicious mischief, though he has mostly been active in the Whoville community.

His attorney reached out to 4 News Now to assure the public that, after this latest incident, his client’s “heart grew three sizes that day.”

This is not a developing story, and is completely made up!
