4 surprising tips you need to know before buying or selling a house

OLYMPIA, Wash. — Governor Inslee has issued new guidelines for the reemergence of real estate activities during Phase 2 of Washington’s “Safe Start” plan.

According to a memo from the Governor’s Office, real estate work including sales, appraisals, settlement/escrow services, inspecitons, mortgage lending, office services and government services will be allowed to continue in Phase 2.

Currently, only up to three people can engage in these activities in-person.

The Governor’s Office says that all aforementioned real estate work can resume immediately, as long they meet all state requirements—scheduling, equipment—and they only conduct activities allowed under their county’s phase status.
