Gov. Inslee announces 2020 Presidential run
"Together, we can defeat climate change."

OLYMPIA, Wash. — Gov. Jay Inslee officially announced that he’s joining the 2020 Presidential race early Friday morning in a video released on both Facebook and Twitter.

In the video, Inslee, a Democrat, says, “”I’m the only candidate who will make defeating climate change our nation’s number one priority.”
Inslee says we have an opportunity to transform our ecomony and run on 100 percent clean energy.
“That will bring millions of good paying jobs to every community across America and create a more just future for everyone.”
Inslee has hinted at a possible run for the White House for several months and has publicly challenged President Donald Trump on several issues.
