Gonzaga takes down #4 ranked Alabama
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Gonzaga Bulldogs took down the No. 4 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide 100-90 in the C.M. Newton Classic on Saturday.
The whole team played great, and was led by none other than Drew Timme with a double-double of 29 points, 10 rebounds and four assists.
The Zags shot 57% from the field, 41% from three, and 68% at the line in the upset.
The Bulldogs play the Montana Grizzlies next on Tuesday at the McCarthey Center.
