Gonzaga rolls to second win of the season, 110-60 over Arkansas-Pine Bluff

The eighth-ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs used suffocating defense and a dominant, efficient night of offense from Filip Petrusev to take down the Golden Lions to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Petrusev went 9-10 from the field for 25 points to lead the Zags in scoring. Freshman Anton Watson got his second start in two games, shot 5-7 from the field and added eight rebounds, two assists and three steals.

Corey Kispert followed up his career-high 28 point night on Tuesday with a 10 point performance. Six Bulldogs scored in double figures, including freshman Drew Timme, who added 15 points.

Graduate transfer guards Admon Gilder Jr. and Ryan Woolridge put up 14 and 15 points, respectively.

As a team, Gonzaga shot 62.5% from the field and held Arkansas-Pine Bluff to 41% shooting.

The Zags are now 2-0 and host North Dakota in The Kennel on Tuesday.
