The Washington State Department of Health wants you to wash your hands. So much so, they renamed the state in an effort to convince Washingtonians.

Or, should we say, WashYourHandsingTonians.

In a campaign video, the department paints an image of the wonderful WashYourHandsingTon, a state where everyone “washes their hands, covers their coughs, and gets the flu vaccine.”

According to the department’s website, the campaign was paid for with federal funds provided to the state for flu prevention.

Though years old, the video serves as a reminder to wash your hands amid rising coronavirus concerns in Washington state.
