Garage Fire Spreads To Valley Home
SPOKANE VALLEY — A Spokane Valley fire destroyed a garage and part of a home Friday morning.
The fire flared up in the 1600 block of South Virginia at about 5:30 a.m. Later in the morning, investigators continued to look into what ignited the flames, but there was no word on a potential cause.
Crews were able to put the fire out in about an hour but not before damage was done to both structures.
Neighbors say the family is out of town at the lake this weekend.
