Fred Meyer Recalls Beef
SPOKANE — Various packages of ground beef from a Nebraska meatpacker have been pulled off the shelves at local Fred Meyer’s stores.
Federal authorities warn the beef may contain E.Coli bacteria contamination.
Fred Meyer parent company Kroger lists the affected ground beef packages on its website.
The beef in question is Kroger Natural Bottom Round.
Most Fred Meyer stores in Spokane and North Idaho do not carry this product on their shelves.
If you purchased the Kroger meat you may return it to Fred Meyer for a full refund.
