Flight carrying dozens of plumbers diverted due to broken toilet

A flight leaving Oslo, Norway was forced to turn around after 20 minutes when it was discovered one of the plane’s toilets was broken–and none of the 85 plumbers aboard could fix it.
“We would have liked to fix the restrooms, but unfortunately it had to be done from the outside and we did not take the opportunity to send a plumber [out] at 10,000 metres,” said Frank Olsen, CEO of Rorkjop plumbing company.
The flight, bound for Germany, was ground in Oslo to determine the problem. The plane eventually arrived in Munich three-and-a-half hours late.
