Filip Petrusev named to Oscar Robertson Trophy Midseason Watch List
SPOKANE, Wash. – On Thursday, The U.S. Basketball Writers Association announced that Gonzaga forward Filip Petrusev was named to the 2019-2020 Oscar Robertson Trophy Midseason Watch List.
The 6-foot-11 sophomore is one of 12 men’s college basketball players to be nominated.
Petrusev averages a team-high 17.2 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, while shooting 57.6 percent from the field.
Tacoma, Washington, native and former Washington State point guard Malachi Flynn also received a nomination.
The award will be presented on April 13 at the Final Four in Atlanta.
