SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane man succumbed to his wounds from a rollover car crash along Kellogg Road late Saturday night.

Washington State Patrol (WSP) is withholding the man’s name until they notify next of kin. According to WSP, the man was driving down westbound Mt Spokane Park Drive close to midnight, and lost control. He slid off the roadway and crashed into several trees, before rolling upside-down into a creek.

The driver was transported to Sacred Heart Medical Center, where he later died.

WSP has determined that the crash came from driving too fast for road conditions, and it is currently unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved.
