“Donut Boy” delivering donuts to Spokane law enforcement officers Monday

“Donut Boy” Tyler Carach will be in Spokane Monday morning delivering donuts to Spokane law enforcement officers and first responders.

The 10-year-old boy from Florida has made it its mission to thank every police officer in the country and has been using his school breaks and summer vacation to make that goal possible.

Tyler came up with the idea in 2016 when he saw four police officers at a store and asked if he could buy them some doughnuts with his own allowance.

Since then, Tyler and his mom, Sheena, a former police officer herself, have traveled the country delivering donuts to law enforcement officers and first responders.

On Monday, Aug 6., Tyler and Sheena will distribute donuts from 8-10 a.m. at Galls in Spokane, located at 1306 N. Howard St.
