A 45-year-old Fort Myers, Florida, man was arrested in November 2014 after calling 911 three times to ask the dispatcher if she was interested in a date. During one of those calls, he reportedly asked whether she was "into handcuffs."

Spokane County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man on Tuesday for trespassing at a Spokane Valley laundromat and exposing his bare backside to an employee who asked him to leave.

Deputies initially responded to reports of a homeless man with a weapon at the laundromat in the 9200 block of E. Sprague, a relase said.

When they got there, an employee told deputies she found 39-year-old David Buswell sleeping inside the business. She said she recognized Buswell as someone who had trespassed there before.

The employee said when she woke Buswell and told him to leave, he picked up a piece of rebar and swung it around, though not at her.

When she told Buswell to put the rebar down, the employee said he turned, pulled his pants down, and exposed his bare backside to her before walking away.

Deputies found and arrested Buswell a while later. They learned he had an active misdemeanor warrant for disorderly conduct, and that he had been arrested multiple times over the course of 20 years.

He was booked into the Spokane County Jail for indecent exposure, criminal trespass 1st degree, and his misdemeanor warrant.
