Death Investigation Near 20th And Lincoln
Spokane police are at a home near 20th and Lincoln on Spokane’s South Hill, where a suspicious death of a man is being investigated.
The death was reported just after 4 p.m., when a man returned home from a weekend vacation and found his roommate dead. He called police soon afterwards.
Sgt. Dan Torak of the Spokane Police Department said that there were no obvious signs of foul play at the scene. A search warrant was being sought so detectives could investigate inside the house.
A forensics team was expected at the house on Sunday evening, and an autopsy was to be performed on the man, who was in his 40s, on Monday.
