Daughters of Lori Isenberg sentenced to 3 years probation for roles in embezzlement scheme
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — The daughters of Lori Isenberg, who was sentenced to five years in prison for stealing from a North Idaho non-profit, were sentenced on Wednesday.
April Barnes and Traci Tesch faced criminal charges relating to their mother’s embezzlement scheme. Both women pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit federal program theft.

Isenberg admitted to stealing $579,000 from the North Idaho Housing Coalition from 2015 to 2018, while she was serving as executive director. She pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud and one count of federal program theft.

Judge Edward Lodge sentenced Barnes to one month home detention and three years probation. She was also ordered to pay a $100 special assessment fee and restitution in the amount of $11,585.92.
Lodge sentenced Tesch to three years probation and 100 hours of community service. She was also ordered to wear a key around her neck as a reminder she “holds the key to her future.” Tesch must also pay a $100 special assessment fee and $15,356.75 in restitution.
