Crash temporarily blocks all lanes of Highway 27 near Jackson Road

SPOKANE CO., Wash. — A crash temporarily blocked both northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 27 near Jackson Road Tuesday afternoon. Washington State Patrol troopers said a car crashed into a pole.
Spokane County Fire District 8 crews responded to the scene and said wires are down in the area, too.

Only one car was involved and the driver was not injured. Inland Power and BNSF Railway shut the railway down while crews worked to clear the scene.
