SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — UPDATE: Highway 27 is back open. Two patients are being transported.

Previous:

Highway 27 at Ranch Park Ln is closed due to a crash, according to Spokane County Fire District 8.

If you are in the area, you are asked to be cautious and give room to emergency responders.
